Ever wonder where the dirt goes in a bagless vacuum. Well, in a Bissell, it goes into the dirt bin. And before the air leaves the dirt bin, it has to pass through this filter. This filter for your dirt bin. The dirt bin that holds the dirt left by the air. The filter will trap all the gunk you don't want back out in the air and leave you with clean and fresh air. And this filter is washable. Just rinse it out with cool water and let it air dry. Do that every four to six weeks, and replace it every four to six months.
