Started in 2007 at a family vacuum repair shop.

Think Crucial began with replacement parts listed online from a family vacuum repair shop. The repair counter was the education: which parts wore out first, and how often a customer paid a shop for a swap that takes five minutes.

We make what we sell: aftermarket filters, bags and parts built to fit the machines you already own, and our own descalers and cleaners. Most people can fit the part themselves. They just need the right one, and a way to check it before they buy.
